And I answered that question, please don't misunderstand. :) There's no pack .json file because the mod isn't 1.4 yet. Before 1.4, there wasn't a need for them as far as I'm aware.

Because the requirement of a .json file is a 1.4 feature, which this mod isn't updated for yet.
