as far as i know hard mode wall of flesh is identical itll just be the enemies you may have trouble with, but there are other armour alternatives to the 3 ores, personally i dont even use them because i dont like minining

golden critters are specifically golden critters because they are a rare variant, they are meant to be rare, and "hard" to obtain, they give a good amount of money and make the golden food thing, they shouldnt be able to be crafted

it needs to be raining in order for the herb to bloom, you can find them in the desert if that helps
