    I'm in master mode world and I have defeated Lunatic Cultist for more than 20 times and it's still not dropping. This is really not normal for a 25% drop rate item.

    wiki says the drop rate is 25% but I just defeat the Lunatic Cultist like 20 times and it's still not dropping. Is the drop rate changed or what? This is ridiculous. Anyone face the same problem?
