    Working as Designed Extra accessories

    I am on an expert world and beaten the wall of flesh, initially, i didn’t know you could have an extra slot for accessories , but when i went to count mine i still had 5, i used the heart and still had 5, i have been to regular worlds, is there something i am missing? How do i get the extra slot?

    I have 5 of the swords and 1 hollow chest key and yet i still haven’t gotten the armored polish, i think it’s bugged.
