    Terraria not launching!

    Every time I go to launch Terraria now(after not playing for a month or so)Steam says "Scanning for updates",and then "Scanning for Steam Game updates" I need helpz! Also,I have fully updated .NET Framework and XNA Framework,which most say is the problem.
