Currently hellstone is the only limited ore in Terraria, so make all ores infinite because it's bothering me, hellstone should be able to be made with a lava bucket and 3 stone at a hell forge.

I hardmode pretty much all of the NPC's sell weapons, but there are no pre-hardmode NPCs that sell weapons except the witch doctor. So I think there should be a ninja NPC that sells the katana, gi, shurikins and more instead of the merchant and traveling merchant .

I thought of this in lunch, it would be a short sword dealing 25-30 damage. You can find it in underground cabins. It would be a good starting weapon and a really funny one.
