still not working D=

i tried everything....still not working.....i'll upload my system specs......i have a potato pc, but it can run terraria 1.3.0.8 fine....but when i updated the game it stopped working

when i launch the game the terrari screen appears then he goes away and i get this error window....,i reistalled the game, microsofot xna and all those things....i also followed many guides online....nothing worked!
