я не играл в игру около полутора месяцев, заходил в себя спустя это время - и у меня пропало все. мои два персонажа, и два моих мира. теперь я не могу играть вообще, запустить сервер не могу - потому что консоль его не видит. новые персы и миры не показываются в папке. что делать?

Copy the 2 BAK files to a separate folder. Try then to remove the .BAK extensions at the worlds in the folder. You state in the text that you play on console but you selected Windows 10 as your OS.

У меня не отображаются новые миры, а персонажи - их нет в папке, но они есть в игре. Хочу использовать этот сервер в консоли - этот мир консоль не видит, а только предлагает создать новый или удалить.

Did you first try renaming the world files from ".... .wld.bak" to just ".... .wld"? (the .... are the words before the .wld). BAK files are backup files which have the same 1s and 0s as the non-bak files.

I can't find the file with my Terraria characters, but they are there when I log in had a similar problem.

Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\STEAM ACCOUNT NUMBER\105600\remote (the steam account number is going to be a collection of random numbers and it will be different for each person. Mostlikely you will only see one folder so click whichever one shows up.) and see if your files are there.
