TCF Suggestion A Way To Delete Threads/Mark Them As Resolved

I think there should be a way to delete a thread. Say you suggest something, that's already in the game. You should be able to delete it, or be able to mark it as "Resolved".

Moderators will mark RESOLVED on bug report threads when the issue is resolved. Threads can also be reported to the moderators for them to delete.

True, but rarely is more needed. O think they only really delete threads if they are duplicate.

in that case they lock or merge them. the only two times i can remember a thread being deleted was a gambling ad and a recruitment ad

They don't delete threads (Except maybe the ones by spam bots, I think), just lock or merge them. I believe the reasoning given was link issues or something like that.

I think the idea is that, deleting threads would mean that you can delete other users' posts along with it, and nobody should be able to do that outside of their own profile.
