PC All throwables are invisible/not working

In my game the arrows I shoot are invisible and do not hurt enemies, this also goes for any throwable like throwing knifes and rope coils. It also seams to effect the thing that shoots when attacking with an enchanted sword. I am using tModLoader mods and Terraria Patcher.

Edit: Just realized that enemies projectiles aren't working either
