are the bosses on the mobile version easier?

I killed totally easy Eye of Cthulhu and Brain of Cthulhu only with the Icesword and Gold Armor, on the PC version I need better gear (meteorite armor + weapon) for the first bosses.

that's right, i miss some items, for example, you can not build a
pocket watch or crown

You can craft a crown (30 Gold/Platinum + 1 Ruby) But you can't craft a pocket watch.

sure ? i dont see the "recipe" and i have all materials, but cant craft it.
