Basically the title. As part of my texture pack I wanted to change the tooltips of some of the armors, such as copper and iron, to be detailed, but They don't change when tested In-game.
An example of one of the non-working ones:
"CopperChainmail": "A basic piece of armor made of copper bars. Good enough, for now.",
EDIT: I ran a few tests and for some reason the problem is with armors like iron and copper specifically, nothing else.
