Resolved Avatar problems

I try to change my avatar so it says choose file and I chose the pic I wanted but it didn't work so I posted it to photobucket. Can someone tell me how to change my avatar? Do I use a link to the pic and if so, where do I paste that? Thanks in advance!

The "Okay" button was faded out and I couldn't press it.

Avatars can't be uploaded by a different host (for whatever reason) and need to be uploaded directly to the site. They also have to be less than 50 KB in size.

When clicking choose file and choosing the picture I want? If so, then yes. The "Okay" button fades out.

are you clicking on browse and choosing something that is on your computer? After that the "Okay" button should not be faded anymore

I forgot to mention im on mobile and yes, I'm choosing from my gallery

Are you on iOS 8, and have you applied the most recent iOS update from Apple?

Someone else was having this problem, and the patch fixed the problem..
