Items Ball on a String

A new toy item that works on the same principle as the old flails and reacts with buttons, but no longer deals damage.
It would most likely be sold by Party Girl, but could have variants with different endings sold by different NPCs. For example:

Party Girl: Soccer Ball, Basketball and Beach Ball on a String

Demolitionist: Bomb on a String

Golfer: Golf Ball on a String

Angler: Ball-Fish on a String

Pirate: Coin on a String

Obviously there would also be a Boulder on a String, right?

maybe they could be called "toy flails" or "toy yoyos"? "ball on a string" sounds clunky and makes me think of a yoyo rather than a flail.

Except that's literally the name of this toy in real life.

I will also add that the idea itself was inspired by a player who complained that since the flails update, many adventure maps are unplayable and this toy aims to fix that.
