I don't understand why this keeps happening I have lost multiple items multiple times after getting kicked I was not really worried about the fee potions I lost then after I killed empress of light I'm the day time not only did I not get the achievement I was blue screened and lost my tera prism along with my power glove and the perks I rolled on my acc. Has anyone else had this problem it has now happend four times I have reported them all to psn and still no solve
