PS4 Cannot obtain Naughty Present

Hi guys, I'm playing with Terraria from the Japanese PlayStation Store.

Now I've got the silk, the ectoplasm and the soul of fright, but I'm not able to craft the naughty present.
Neither the item list from the guide nor the crafting menu has the item.

It is said the Frost Moon is only available at American PS Store, really? If so, any update notifications about the Japanese one?

You may need to craft the item at an Orichalcum or Mythril anvil, if you're trying to use a regular anvil

I'm using that anvil.
Are you playing with the American version? Could you plz tell me your version code?

I am using the American version, so it's possible you haven't updated your game yet or there isn't an update.
