I've used a floating base design for ages that has a floor of blocks that I actuate to lockdown and keep out MOBs, in peaceful times I can just drop through. Above that floor is a layer of platforms which I cover in chests. It would seem this no longer works as the chests prevent the floor blocks under the platforms from actuating.

This indeed is a bug was mentioned:

**REPORTED** - Unable to actuate 2nd row of blocks beneath a chest

I noticed this in one of my pre-1.4 worlds (and subsequently tested it in my Journey Mode world). Is this intentional behavior now, or a bug? I didn't spot anything about it in the change log.
