Texture Pack Can't find sprite file for Fake Unicorn Horn!

I cannot find the actual worn sprites for the Fake Unicorn Horn accessory; I found the "item" sprite (4563) but I cannot find the sprite for it being worn! Strangely, it seems to be the only item that isn't even listed anywhere on the wiki! Might have to find a different item to fulfil my purposes if no one can help lol

I made an account just to reply, as I had this same struggle for a few days.
In a default texture pack, you can find the worn Fake Unicorn Horn at: Content/Images/Extra_143.png
This works in version 1.4.9.9 of Terraria.

Now, I'm trying to rename it aswell, but I do not know what name to put in the Localization file.
If anyone would be so kind, please let me know it's name.
