can i change my date on my nintendo 3ds to get the Halloween even back and can i do it early for Christmas before anyone else gets it? please let me know guys

It should be possible to do that. Same case for changing your PC's clock time on the PC version. It is up to you if you want to change your 3DS clock setting in order to get the Christmas or Halloween events.
