I keep getting a connection timeout when I try to join a server I hosted. I had some trouble portforwarding after logging in to my router so I just got mulvad as my vpn and use its port and IP to host. I'm using an emulator on my PC (bluestacks and yes I have bought terraria so it's not an apk or anything illegal). The vpn seems to be working out so i doubt it's a port forwarding issue. Just to be clear i've tried to set the protocol to both TCP and UDP but it still gives a "connection timed out" message. Any clue why?
