PC Constant Crashing on New PC

So after I installed Terraria on my new PC i tried and playing for a little and had no issues, however the next day the game would constantly freeze and then i would be given this error

I haven't found anyone with this specific error although ive found similar but the fixes for those dont seem to work

Try deleting all json file in My Documents Folder for Terraria. Re-install XNA, and try Terraria. If not, Re-install .NET (make sure to use the latest), and try Terraria. Finally, Re-install Terraria.

If neither of these options work, the issue is somewhere else. If you upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 or lower you will experience these problems and it is not advised to upgrade. You should install Windows 10 clean rather than upgrade from a previous version.
