PS4 Constant game crashes

My game constantly crashes almost every time i use the ‘switch to world’ from my inventory. Its really annoying and i constantly lose progress because of it

This is an all round console bug I just figured it out if you press the top button which is Y for Xbox and I don't remember what it is for PS4 and switch but if you place a pylon or interact with your inventory out and press that top button it crashes.
