I think that there should be a crafting recipe for demon altars because if someone somehow destroys all of the demon altars in their world and need to create a boss-summoning item they wil have to go to another world.

That's the same argument as if someone mines every single ore and sells it how will they make do. It's the person's fault for doing that not the game's.
