Working as Designed Crafty Achievement not working?

I’ve been trying to 100% the achievements on the Xbox version but this one won’t unlock. I think I have every crafting station and I also used a demon altar before too. here’s all the crafting stations i have
-Workbench (plus a chair)
-Table & Chair
-Furnace
-Iron Anvil
-Heavy Workbench
-Sawmill
-Loom
-Dye Vat
-Tinkerers Workbench
-Keg
-Campfire (used marshmallow)
-Hellforge
-Cooking Pot
-Iron Sink
-Sky Mill
-Alchemy Table
-Glass Bottle
-Teacup
-Solidifier
-Living Loom
-Glass Kiln
-Meat Grinder
-Honey Dispenser
-Ice Machine
-Steampunk Boiler
-Imbuing Station
-Bone Welder
-Chlorophyte Extractionator (used desert fossil)
-Decay Chamber
-Lihzahrd Furnace
-Autohammer
-Crystal Ball (don’t know if this is needed)
-Mythril Anvil

Thanks for the report! I’m noticing that both the flesh-cloning vat, blend-o-matic and bookshelf are missing from this list - does creating & using these unlock the achievement for you?

Thanks a lot for the suggestion, I forgot to include the blend-o-magic and bookshelf in my post, but the flesh-cloning vat got me the achievement. Thank you!
