Downgrading to 1.2.4.1 from 1.3 help PLEASE

Like the Title says I'm trying to downgrade to patch 1.2.4.1 from 1.3 does anyone know how or have any idea how? I generally want to do this for speedrunning this game and the required patch is 1.2.4.1 :)! any help is very much appreciated
 
I believe there is a Game Launcher you can get on the forums here that allows you to get previous versions of the game. hope this helps! look under Player Created Enhancements if i remember correctly

I looked there and Its only for downgrading to patches below 1.2.4.1 because the current patch when it was made was 1.2.4.1
