PS4 Downloading anything from the ingame cloud crashes the game.

As you may know. Some of your characters from 1.2 May have had a problem while coming over to 1.3. Well lucky for me I had a really recent cloud save of it ready to be downloaded. Once the game starts to open the cloud menu it crashes. Every single time. I’ve tried so many times I can’t even count. I believe this is because these players and worlds used to be on PS3 a long long time ago and this causes a problem moving them onto the PS4 1.3 if you need any further details please write a reply I usually come on about once every 2 days or so.
