TCF Suggestion Experimental site

Considering what just recently happened and the controversy around it. I think an experimental site for newer features would help these issues.
It would look nearly like tcf besides a new potential update would be there in a snapshot setting where people could communicate and give feedback on newer features.

I don't think this is necessary, it's not like every update to the site will be controversial or will have that much relevance. This case definitely seems unique with the way they handled it.
