Unsure of crafting recipe, but it is a complementary item to the Flymeal.
Exterminator armor offers 18 defense. Set bonus offers three things, the immunity to Venom and Poison, an aura of poisons that hurt enemies, along with the ability to turn the Flymeal into a flyswatter.
With this armor, the Flymeal will change the cursor into a flyswatter and allow you to hit NPCs at a distance (swatting animation). It also deals 5 more damage per swing.
