PC FPS Lag when trying to join any server

I was not having this problem in 1.2.4.1 but when I updated to 1.3.6 and after I was not able to join multiplayer worlds due to massive lag. My character just moves really slow here are my computer specs. I am still able to play single player but its little laggy. compu.JPG compu 2.JPG compu 3.JPG
 
You may need to lower your graphic settings via the AMd Control Panel in 3D Settings for Terraria and lower the settings in Terraria as well, in addition, turn of vync and try Frame Skip settings to see if it changes anything. You may need to mess around with your settings to find the sweet spot. The game requires a single core at 2 GHz, you only have 1.3 Ghz.
