The item Palm Wood Sink (ID 2850) is currently translated as "Piano en palmier" (Palm Wood Piano) while it should be "Évier en palmier". The issue doesn't occur in English.
Reproduction steps:
1) Launch the game in French
2) Get palm wood from the border of a map or a desert oasis (or craft a bucket with iron and fill it with water)
3) Check the recipes with the palm wood or water bucket by talking with the guide
4) Hover over the palm sink and observe the issue.
Notes: Not sure if it's relevant but I never modded my game. I didn't test it on Multiplayer yet.
