#1 Mars is not and never will be habitable if that is what you are asking. #2 If you want to save battery you should; close all tabs you don't need, lower your brightness as much as you can, mute your sound if you can, and some laptops will have a power saving mode: if yours does, turn it on. That is as much data I can provide you.
