I'm trying to code a potion. I want to make the carrots in my mod heal for 5 hp and have a "potion sickness" for .5 seconds. If someone could guide me through coding the carrot or link a guide to making a potion, I'd be thankful. I really don't know much about coding, so this isn't very easy for me.
