This is a hard item to get, so I guess I need to tell you how to get it? Ugh, why can't you do this yourself?
1. The Truffle Worm. I made a post yesterday on why these are a pain.
2. Master Mode. Go to a master mode world and play the game as normal.
3. PAY ATTENTION, YOU USELESS- STOP AT GOLEM. Once Golem is dead, don't progress, go to the ocean with any fishing rod, then make sure Truffle Worm is your only bait. Then make sure you have a Celestial Shell equipped, and fish up the boss. Go underwater (if you have a Neptune's Shell or better) and use that as an arena. Kill the duke.
4. Grind. Repeat all of these steps until it drops.
Now you have the best pet in the game.
And no, it doesn't attack enemies for you, you ungrateful a**hole.
