If you want to just get the items you can use an inventory editor.
If you want the id's for the items, 906 for lava charm and I can't find any ice turtle shell, so I will assume you are talking about the frozen turtle shell for which the id is 1253.

Yeah, inventory editing is cheaty, trading is less cheaty, but still kinda. Funny enough, I got a lava charm within 10-20 obsidian crates while fishing, and yet the obsidian rose took 200+ imps to get and I ended up trading with another friend who found water walking boots in his own world. My luck can be straight up backwards sometimes.
