im having trouble with the textures in my texture pack that im making not showing up in game

i upload the images in the images tab in my texture pack folder and i dont know why it wont show up in game.

i did both, and i have the code correct, i dont know if its a problem with the dimensions but i have the dimensions as they should be, plus i labeled them correctly

those were place holder item id's i changes them to there corrosponding item id's
