Casual Introduce Your OCs!

My Main OC's Name is Akatsuki. I frequently use pictures of her as my Avatar.
I decided on that name because "Akatsuki" in Japanese means "Dawn" and my Username "Aurora" means "Dawn" in Latin. Since they had the same meaning in 2 different languages it felt appropriate. It is also a slight reference to the Akatsuki organization from the Manga/Anime series Naruto since I like the Akatsuki from that series. Especially with their Black and Red Cloud Cloaks which was part of the inspiration of the design behind Akatsuki's Kimono.
For why I created her, I've been imagining my "inner self" to be a Dark Shrine Maiden with 3 Eyes, and I wanted to create an OC of my own to truly represent me seeing how many other people on TCF have created OCs to represent them. From there I went ahead to create Akatsuki by drawing what was inside my imagination. I've gotten back into drawing again thanks to creating Akatsuki. The original Drawing I made of Akatsuki is right here. I've hopefully made much better versions of her since then and some secondary characteristics about her have changed as well as new drawings of her have been made (which are for the better in my opinion).

Name: Akatsuki
Age: 1,232 Years Old (Physically looks 20 years old)
Species: Hanyou (Half-Demon)
Gender: Female
I've also created a Familiar/Partner for her named Kurosakura no Kami. I didn't really have a specific animal in mind when creating it, but when I think about it, it sort of looks like a Bird/Phoenix hybrid which can be seen in the pictures of it.
Then here's a gallery here with a few other pictures of Akatsuki, some that I've made, and some that others have drawn of her.

A lot of my OCs are secret because i don't often tell people about them. I have a few designed for a story i'm planning to use in a fantasy world i designed.
Two characters i think about a lot are the two Jakkai characters i've designed but never used. Jakkai are a fantasy race from my favourite webcomic, Slightly Damned. They are short fluffy people with big ears and prehensile tails.
Names: Russell Swiftpaw and Jacqueline "Jack" Everthaw
Genders: Male and Female, respectively.
Ages: Adult, no specific dates.
Race: Jakkai
Background:
Unlike most jakkai, Russell is from the city. He had a fairly average childhood, and at an unknown point he picked up a strange coin. The coin can be used to bend chance - but has drawbacks. Once, as a teenager, Russell used this artifact to bankrupt an entire casino in a single night (it wasn't a big casino). Unfortunately, overusing the coin lead to a bad luck spiral which ended with him being struck by lightning through a window. The house caught fire and burned down, killing his mother and destroying most of the money. Russell survived, albeit with third degree burns. A few years later he admitted to his father that his mother's death was probably his fault, and they have not spoken since.
Jack comes from a really remote part of a cold and mountainous region. From a young age she was known to be talented with magic, which is uncommon for a Jakkai. Unfortunately, since she was water-aligned and used frost magic, her village were more interested in her brother's magic. Her younger brother was not quite as talented as her, but he was fire-aligned, which is rare and useful for their region. Jack grew up being jealous and cynical.
As teenagers, Russell and Jack enrolled into a school for magic. Russell bought his way in with his cheated money, and Jack's village saved up enough money to pay for her own enrollment. They met and eventually became friends because there weren't many Jakkai in the school. Russell graduated with degrees in air magic and ward magic, whereas Jack had degrees in frost magic and divination. After graduation, Russell and Jack joined an organisation which regulated the use of magic and were employed to find troublemaking magic users to arrest and/ormurder defeat them.
Russell's favourite thing to do is frustrate his enemies by parrying and dodging all their attacks with wards and luck. His offensive magic is quite weak, however. Jack always carries a tennis-ball-sized crystal ball in her pocket and often obsessively checks for nearby magic sources, just in case someone tries to ambush them.
I have a picture of Russell here, but none of Jack.
There's also my fursona. That one is a lot simpler. Basically, it's a fox with a hat and a tie and a briefcase who pretends to be a businessman and throws random plastic toys at people. They are agender because i'm asexual and i don't want a partner.
