Is the pc version the same as xbox?

If you mean in regards to content and updates, all current generation platforms are on the same version as PC. Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC are on update 1.4.4.9 and have the same content.

Crossplay is not supported currently, but the developers plan to visit the possibility after update 1.4.5 releases for all platforms.
