**REPORTED** Liquids not flowing when poured from bucket or blocks removed

As you can see in my screenshot, the water and lava are not flowing once blocks are removed. This is only happening in a certain world file. I was able to place honey buckets and rejoin the world, it settled correctly then.

I've also just noticed that I cannot pass time by sleeping in beds in the world.

Is it Journey? Did you stop time?

Can you please upload the world file?
Have you used any external tools or mods?

So interestingly, it started working again a few days later. I think it must've been something to do with the world reaching its max tick rate or something. Not sure what happened there.
