Suspicious Looking Skulls no longer exist on the Xbox One version of Terraria; Ocram (and nearly everything relating to him) was removed in 1.3.

I have plenty of materials, but Ocram honestly is just a buffed EoC with a fight and drops so lame that the devs even hate it. But it's your choice.
