tModLoader Magic Storage Mod storage system and Alchemist mod npcs deleted from world.

What happened was steam updated my game which deleted my modded world and character. I restored my character and world by downloading tmodloader again(copy pasting it into the terraria folder). Yet when I loaded the world back up, I had my character, world but all my alchemist mod npcs were gone and my entire magic storage system. I downloaded the mods again but it still didn't work.
