You are doing something in the underground jungle and sometimes you find "Plantera's Bulbs", but you don't want to fight her now, your problems are over, the ultimate and super advanced marker of interest points on the map has arrived.
The larger the letter, the greater the visibility on the map.
The current double click map marker is apparently insufficient as it disappears by itself IMO, you can correct me if I'm wrong.
I also often use this to mark "Biomes Chests" in "Dungeon".
