Mobile Mapped buttons on settings do not work as in the game

I have a Razer Serval. The game recognizes it perfectly and I can map all the buttons in the settings menu. However, when I go to gameplay, only the "LB" button works. All other configured commands do not work. The control is working perfectly, otherwise I wouldn't be able to configure the buttons in the button mapping menu.

That also happens to my ipega controller. The only issue is that LT, RT, Start, and Select buttons do not work. Also, in my 1.3.0.7.9 app, I don't see a "Controller Configuration Setup" pls fix those in 1.4.
