I searched the forums, while I saw a generally similar issue, it did not quiet fit my situation completely. So i figured I might make a post myself. This will be my second post ever on the Terraria forums.
So as the title states, my minimap does not save or stay updated when I leave another players world. (ONLY MULTIPLAYER) not my own worlds.
My single player is perfectly fine which makes me assume that the issue lies in multiplayer, maybe.
Its rather annoying when you’re playing with a friend. Not necessarily game ruining since i have a nifty sense of direction and played ipad terraria for a long time. I dont exactly use map often. However it is a rather big let down when you wnat to explore somewhere new, possibly looking for new items to complete accessories via chests.
I really hope Devs fix this issue soon.
