Mobile Mushroom Biome Not Working

My truffle will not spawn in my overworld mushroom biome ever though I have all the requirements and I also can not get the quest fish from the biome
 
Is there Corruption, Crimson, or Hallow anywhere near your Mushroom biome? They will prevent NPCs from moving in, and in regards to quest fish, the Corruption/Crimson/Hallow will override the biome's lake and prevent you from getting other quest fish except from the infected biome version.
