My character wont move and only the mouse works but when i click it goes to camera mode and get stuck (please need urgent help)

So i have 178 hours on terraria and stopped playing for almost 2 months then i try to open my game its on chinese langue and when i try to play the game only the mouse works and when i try to click my game goes into camera mode and gets stuck but when i play in tModLoader it doesnt have that problem only in the main game i tried uninstalling the game and restarting my PC after that then install it again and its still the same now i cant play vanilla and can only just play modded (please help)

Just delete your config.json file

Yes, resetting the config.json should do it.
It sounds bad, but it'll reinstall when you play again.
