PC Need some help

I need one basic thing for tShock, I'm making a zombie server that's like Left 4 Dead on Terraria, I need help with a code that makes it so everyone starts on the blue team and PvP is enabled automatically, and if you die on the blue team, you get forced into the green team.

Oh and if you try to switch team to the blue team again, you get forced back into green.
