Mobile No Slab Walls

My dungeon doesn't have slab walls in it, and this is a problem because I'm trying to get a sniper rifle, rifle scope, and a adhesive bandage all from things in the slab wall area of the dungeon. I know werewolves also can drop the bandages and that all enemies have 1 out of 7 chance to spawn on any wall, but only Giant Cursed Skulls are doing that. Help?
