Console Ps4 data went corrupt and don't have hotkeys anymore

i have played terraria for around 4-5 years and my data went corrupt december 2015 and i've played on and i know just realized i didn't have hotkeys anymore help

How did your data get corrupted?

All you have to do is reselect the option in settings. I've been corrupted like 2-3 times, and this ALWAYS happens.
