Working as Designed [PS4] Super star shooter

I'm not sure if this is a bug but I was wanting to make the super star shooter but I could not make it the star cannon didn't even have the material thing on it

it's not a bug, the super star shooter is sold by the traveling merchant in 1.4.

i think it costs 50 gold, and only becomes available after defeating a mechanical boss.

it became craftable in 1.4.1
