So say that you beat the Wall Of Flesh and you go to hard mode. Can you delete that world and still have the monsters and those items? Or will you have pre hard mode.
 
You can carry over items from Hardmode from your current world into another, but if you go to another world that you havent defeated the Wall Of Flesh on, then you would have to kill the Wall Of Flesh for the world to become Hardmode. Basically, any new world you make, you have to defeat WOF for it to be hardmode.
